Grenada's CBI program is the only such program in the Caribbean that allows visa free access to China 

US E2 Investor Treaty

Having Grenadian citizenship allows its citizens to be eligible to apply for the US E2 visa, which is a non immigrant visa. Grenada is the only country in the Carribbean with a Citizenship program that has this treaty.

Grenadian Citizenship may be passed down to your future generations without any restrictions 

Lower Investment Level Requirement

The investment level requirement is one of the lowest offered by any country with a Citizenship by Investment Program

General Requirements, Eligibility & Process


General Requirements

  • To apply you should be at least 18 years old.
  • Applicant should have no previous criminal record and be of good character.
  • Applicants should be in good health.
  • Applicant should be able to make the full investment 

Who else is Eligible under your application

  • A spouse of the main applicant.
  • Children under the age of 18 of main applicant or spouse.
  • Children between the age of 18 -30 who are fully supported by the main applicant.
  • A child of the main applicant who is physically or mentally challenged. The dependent must be fully supported by the main applicant.
  • Parents or grandparents of the main applicant and spouse above the age of 55.
  • Siblings of the main applicant who are not married and do not have any children can apply for citizenship as a dependent of the main applicant 

The Process

  1. In the first instanace you should contact a Government Authorised International Marketing Agent which ATB Global Mobility is one. We will guide you through the rest of the process
  2. You will contract an Authorised Local Agent. They will help in your application process.
  3. Collect togther your relevant documents and submit with your applictaion
  4. A due diligence progress will then be carried out on you and your family members by the Grenadian Goverments officials.
  5. On successful acceptance of your application, you would then make the National Transformation Fund Donation or the investment into Real estate (this will be paid into an escrow account and drawn down by the project according to the progress of the property/properties.
  6. Citizenship on Grenada granted and passports issued

(total time of application process should be 4 months)


Government Fees and other charges

For an individual the total government fees and other charges should total approximately $68,250 (USD)

For a Family of 4 including Investor, spouse and 2 children ages between 0 & 16 the total government fees and other charges should total approximately $84,000 (USD)

(Fees for dependent children over 16 will be slight more)
